contributionSA played a pivotal role in this $20 million sustainable community development in Desert Hot Springs, featuring 40 single-family homes and 40 accessory dwelling units (ADUs). Designed by renowned EYRC Architects and engineered by Buro Happold, the single-family homes embody cutting-edge design, while Domum Architects delivered thoughtfully designed ADUs. Prefabricated by Mighty Buildings and installed by developer Palari, this community sets new standards for efficiency and modern living.
As the primary point of contact and project manager, SA coordinated seamless collaboration between internal and external teams, overseeing project milestones to ensure timely delivery. Our expertise as energy efficiency consultants helped achieve Title 24 Zero-Net Energy compliance, ensuring each unit’s sustainability. This project demonstrates our commitment to managing high-value, large-scale residential projects that meet advanced energy standards and deliver lasting impact.
